We talk through your platform, your goals, and what you already have (logo, brand colors, footage, copy) — and scope the project to what you actually need.
STEP 2 — TIMELINE & QUOTE
You get a clear delivery schedule and price based on the size of your project — no guessing, no flat "X days" that doesn't fit your scope.
STEP 3 — FIRST BATCH TO REACT TO
You see an early batch of graphics, edits, or page drafts before the full project is built out, so we can adjust direction early if needed.
STEP 4 — ONGOING DELIVERY
Content lands in batches on the schedule we agreed on. Revisions on minor changes are included for the life of the project window.
STEP 5 — FINAL HANDOFF
You receive final files in the formats you need — ready to post, publish, or launch.

Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for social content. GoHighLevel, Kajabi, WordPress, Wix, and more for websites and funnels — and I pick up new platforms quickly if yours isn't listed.
02 What counts as a revision vs. a new post?
Minor changes — text, color, swapping an image — are included and unlimited within your active project window. A full redesign or new concept counts as a new post.
03 Do you write captions or schedule posts?
Not by default — design and video editing are the core service. Copywriting and scheduling can be quoted as separate add-ons if you need them.
04 Who provides the photos or footage?
You provide your own photos/footage, or I source stock images where appropriate. Original photography and filming aren't included in design packages.
05 How fast is turnaround?
Depends on the project — smaller requests turn around faster, larger packages get a delivery schedule we agree on during your discovery call.
06 What if I need more than one service?
That's what the Custom package is for — graphics, video, and web work can all be scoped together and quoted as one project.
